scented, this easy-to-make refresher will give even your quietest
of guests something to talk about.
INGREDIENTS:
30ml Campari
30ml Aperol
1 bar spoon / 2 tsp agave syrup
15ml scented geranium syrup
60ml grapefruit juice
SodaStream sparkling water
PREPARATION :
Add all the ingredients into a highball.
Add Ice. Top with SodaStream
sparkling water and stir lightly.
For scented geranium syrup:
Start by making simple syrup: use
equal parts granulated white sugar
to hot water and stir until sugar fully
dissolves. While it’s still hot, add
chopped geranium (100g/31⁄2oz.
geranium to every 500ml/17oz.
syrup). Let cool down and steep
overnight. Strain the next day and
refrigerate.
