This sparkling sip of lemony sophistication is filled with
lavender love. Just stir, serve and enjoy the inevitable
compliments (they’ll definitely make you blush).
200ml lavender syrup
200ml fresh lemon juice
600ml SodaStream sparkling water
Pour all the ingredients into a pitcher
For the lavender syrup:
100g dried lavender flower buds
In a saucepan, bring the water and
lavender to a boil. Stir in sugar until
it fully dissolves. Reduce heat and
simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from
heat and let cool. Steep for 1 hour.
Strain and refrigerate.
